ORDER ADDRESSING PRECAUTIONS

 

Martsgaia will arrange for products to be sent to the address you provide. To ensure smooth delivery, please carefully enter the address where you wish to receive your order.

ABSENT RECIPIENT
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your products. The Post Office will make one or two delivery attempts (depending on your location). If no one is available to receive the package, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office. The recipient must pick it up within 7 calendar days. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required to resend the product.

All delivery attempts and the Post Office's address for pick-up (if necessary) will be recorded in the order tracking, which can be monitored on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by our store.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Martsgaia is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the address is wrong or incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made.

In such cases, customers are not eligible for a refund. However, they will need to pay a new fee (shipping cost + Post Office fee) to resend the product.

PROCESSING TIME
Once your order has been processed and the payment confirmed, the next steps (sorting, packing, and dispatch) typically take 1 to 3 working days.

TRACKING CODE
You will receive a tracking code via email within 7 working days of your order being processed. To track your order, simply click on the "tracking" icon on our website and enter the code from your email. Tracking may take some time to become available as the product needs to be moved.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery is estimated to take 5 to 10 days after dispatch. However, factors such as postal delays, strikes, weather conditions, risk zones, or national holidays may cause additional delays. Most of our customers receive their orders within 15 calendar days.

ORIGIN
Our products are imported from the United States, Europe, and Asia. In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments, as products may be sent from different suppliers. In this case, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.

Products are usually delivered by the Post Office. However, in cases such as an absent recipient, restricted delivery regions, or an incorrect address, the customer may need to pick up the product from the nearest Post Office.

If the address is entered incorrectly, the product may be returned to the sender, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

The Post Office will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the product will be available for collection at the nearest branch for up to 7 days. After this period, the product will be returned to the sender.

IMPORTANT NOTES
All imports are subject to customs procedures and possible taxation. If any additional charges are applied to your order, we will cover these fees. Please contact us via email at support@martsgaia.com within 48 hours of payment, including a copy of the tax receipt, and we will reimburse you.
