Exchange or Return Policy
At Martsgaia, we are committed to customer satisfaction and continually invest in policies to ensure a positive shopping experience. You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your product, provided the following conditions are met:

✓ The product must be returned in its original packaging.
✓ The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
✓ All labels, manuals, and accessories must be included and intact.

Important: Returns will not be accepted if any of the above conditions are not met.

How to request an exchange or return
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to support@martsgaia.com with the following information:

✓ Product name
✓ Order number
✓ Email address used during purchase
✓ Reason for exchange or return
✓ Photo or video clearly showing the defect (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and initiate a full reimbursement, including shipping costs.

Forms of reimbursement

Credit card: The refund may appear within up to two billing cycles, depending on your card issuer, after the return is processed by our payment gateway.
Bank transfer (TED): The refund will be deposited into the customer's account within 10 business days after the return is confirmed.

Note: Refunds via bank transfer can only be made to an account in the same name as the purchaser. Transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed.
