EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY

The Martsgaia team is constantly investing in policies to ensure our customers are always satisfied. You may request an exchange or return of a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, along with manuals and all accompanying accessories.

IMPORTANT: Returns will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Please send an email to support@martsgaia.com with the following information:

  • Product name
  • Order number
  • Email address used at the time of purchase
  • Reason for exchange or return
  • Image or video proving the defect

Once we confirm the details of the return, we will provide the address for the product's return and reimburse you for the amount paid, including shipping.

FORMS OF REIMBURSEMENT

  • Credit card refund: The refund may appear on up to two billing cycles after the return has been processed by the payment gateway.
  • Bank transfer (TED): The transfer to the customer's account will be made within 10 working days of return confirmation.

NOTE: The transfer cannot be made to a third-party account.
